What is Catalan Book Week?

Catalan Book Week is on from 8 to 16 September and marks its 35th edition by offering the most extensive range of Catalan books in history. The week-long fair is one of the most important cultural events in the country and involves more exhibitors than ever. It’s all about backing direct contact and relationships between booksellers, publishers and readers, who will be able to find the very latest publications, as well existing collections from each publishing company. As ever, a wide range of activities are planned (presentations, recitals, literary itineraries, talks and more) for children and adults alike, all helping to stimulate and promote reading in Catalan. Come along! We want you to be a part of Catalan Book Week.
