Ingredients:

  • 400g boiled kidney beans
  • 300g diced potatoes
  • 500g chard strips
  • 500g boiled artichoke stalks
  • 2 chopped cloves of garlic
  • 1 tsp red pepper
  • 1 bay leaf

Method:

    Sauté the garlic, red pepper and bay leaf.

    Boil the potatoes and chard, then add the kidney beans and artichoke stalks.

    Add the sautéed ingredients to the pan of vegetables.
