Bachelor's degree in psychology from the University of Barcelona, and master's degree in Public Management from ESADE. She has been working in municipal culture since 1989 on issues related to management and evaluation. She first worked in the field of subsidies, later in heritage and since 2004 she has been leading the technical office which, among other issues, is responsible for the Cultural Data Observatory of Barcelona: http://barcelonadadescultura.bcn.cat/.
