15 September, 2022

On the night of September 25, the BAM Festival fills up the Rambla del Raval stage with music thanks to the support of the Portuguese Consulate in Barcelona with performances by Nídia, Tristany and Pedro Mafama within Portugal Alive.

Portugal Alive is a projecte that brings Portuguese alternative music to different cities to showcase some of the country’s most interesting contemporary groups and artists. A musical embassy that first came to Barcelona in 2014 and eight years later the city will host again.

This will be the fourth edition in which BAM will celebrate a night where Portuguese music will be the focus. And although Portugal Alive has not been part of the festival since 2019, since the Covid-19 made collaboration difficult in the 2020 and 2021, this 2022 returns stronger than ever.
