The 24th edition of the Barcelona Poetry Festival has a restorative nature, both because it aims to gradually recover the significance of what we understand a festival to be and because it seeks to address uncertainties and unease through the power of words. The festival will offer a tiny dose of hope and help us recapture the habit of experiencing the communicative power of the moment, of finding the ephemeral exceptionality that is often looked down upon for being too close, for being too obvious to our eyes, but which is buried deep within our being as a seed that bears fruit.
