Casa Vicens is Gaudí’s first masterpiece, the prelude to his subsequent work. It was built between 1883 and 1885 as a summer home for the Vicens family, and in it we can see Gaudí’s unrivalled talent. It was declared a UNESCO World Heritage Site in 2005. After various refurbishment works, the house was opened to visitors at the end of 2017. More information. See transcription.
