Grec Festival de Barcelona 2020

This year’s Barcelona Grec Festival marks a turning point. The 2020 edition is reinventing itself, resisting and, more than ever, taking on a commitment to its city and to its iconic amphitheatre. It is a rebellious Grec that won’t give up on fighting to come into existence and that overcomes difficulties with the clear aim of providing support to the arts scene both of the city of Barcelona and of the rest of the country. More than a summer festival, it’s a vital spark in starting up the productions that we will be seeing in the coming theatre season in Barcelona and in giving work to the sector as a whole, artists, producers and technical staff.
