Temporals: art travels through the neighborhoods!

Temporals is a permanent circuit of travelling exhibitions in Barcelona's network of civic centres. The programme is part of the Pla de Drets Culturals promoted by the Barcelona City Council to democratise access to culture and cultural production. It seeks to interact with the public and communities closest to each facility through activities and experiences that turn authors, cultural managers, organisations and neighbours into active cultural agents.
