Barcelona Hotel Terrace Week

Culture takes to the skies for Barcelona Hotel Terrace Week

Music, storytelling, classes, performances and nearly 200 other activities in a summery setting.

Barcelona's hotels are getting all dolled up because Hotel Terrace Week is back. It will take place over 10 days, with a summery feeling taking over the city's rooftops to enjoy long evenings of fun with friends and family. This is the ninth edition of this event, which opens the doors of Gran Luxe, 5, 4 and 3 star hotels that are normally reserved for visitors to Barcelona locals. This year, 65 hotels are participating and there will be nearly 200 free cultural activities. Among others, we'll be able to enjoy show cooking, live music, storytelling, dance classes, synchronised swimming, magic tricks, and much more to ring in the summer in style. The previous edition saw great turnout, with more than 40,000 participants. One of the other draws is the culinary delights the hotels have to offer. So, we can taste quality food and drinks while enjoying the activities.

Plus, there will be special emphasis on family-orientated activities during the day, so the little ones can also enjoy themselves. All of the Barcelona Hotel Terrace Week activities will be held from 7 to 16 June at various hours and at hotels around the city.

As we've mentioned, the event is free and the only limitation is capacity. More information and the list of activities are available on the MésQHotels website.
