BioblitzBcn 2014
On 30 and 31 May, you can participate, experience and enjoy the main open research journey of Barcelona's flora and fauna at Laberint d'Horta park
A BioBlitz is an event of discovery of nature where scientists studying specific groups of flora and fauna identify all organisms found in a given area, with the help of volunteers. Families are invited to walk, learn about the natural world, its diversity, and to participate in the inventory that is held each year.
The bioblitz are intense, since in only 24 hours lots of organisms are recorded with the help of experts and amateur naturalists.
This project reaches the fifth edition after 4 consecutive years. Over the next 30 and 31 May, the Laberint d'Horta Park return us back to the first area which was explored in 2010.
