The Brazil Day Festival to celebrate its 10th edition
An action-packed Poble Espanyol awaits you!
For ten years now the Brazil Day Festival has been bringing Brazilian culture to Barcelona and this year is full of attractive activities that will allow you to become better acquainted with everything that the country has to offer. There’ll be a carnival parade featuring the Unidos Samba School and musical performances with Ganza, Jabu Morales, Mariana Amaral and Victor Salvatti, along with batucadas, capoeira and many more activities to enjoy with the family. You will also be able to enjoy fine dining Brazilian style thanks to 10 gastronomic spaces. This edition of Brazil Day is accompanied by the 5th edition of the Brazil Day Film Festival, which sees the screening of four feature films and a number of short films.
Brazil Day Festival will take place at Poble Espanyol from 1pm to midnight on Sunday 9 September. The children's festival area will be open from 12 noon to 6pm. The film screenings will take place at Cinemes Girona from 20 to 23 September.
