A Broadway musical in the Teatre Gaudí

"Sugar (Some Like It Hot)" carries Billy Wilder comedy to songs, from 18 to 31 December, with year-end function included

Characters on stage singing and dancing, costumed and, as a plot, one of the best white comedies of all time.

Sugar (Some like it hot) premiered as a musical on Broadway with great success in 1972 at the Majestic Theatre in NYC.

The musical is based on the film Some Like It Hot (1959). This story, written by Robert Thoeren and Michael Logan, was directed by the legendary Billy Wilder, with Marilyn Monroe, Tony Curtis and Jack Lemmon as major players. Now comes the stage of the Teatre Gaudí directe by Pau Doz, with choreography by Laura OIivella and musical direction by Bernat Hernández, plus the fascinating performance of more than a dozen actors and dancers.

Located in Chicago during the US Prohibition, Sugar is an ideal comedy for all ages.
