Dialogued visits give you a different depth to the content of the exhibitions

Exhibitions in dialogue at Fabra i Coats

The Centre for Contemporary Art offers guided tours that go beyond, with the aim of including those attending in the exhibition's discourse.

La Fabra i Coats, Centre d’Art Contemporani has developed the project ‘dialogued visits’ with the intention of generating a deeper reflection on the works and artists exhibited at the centre. This way, the guided visits are led by experts who add their stories to the content of the exhibition and also include the attendees in order to create an exchange different to what we are already used to. The exhibitions that benefit from this project for now are ‘Sucede todos los días’, where Jordi Mitjà revisits his work, and ‘La biblioteca infinita’ by Berliners Haris Epaminondes and Daniel Gustav Cramer.

Each with their personal analysis, the experts will accompany you in a session of about 90 minutes. Joana Roda and Joana Hurtado are in charge of the visits of ‘Sucede todos los días’ July 8th and  September 9th, respectively. As for 'La biblioteca infinita', you will meet Anna Pahissa on Juky 22nd and Enric Farrés Duran on September 17th.. All the dialogues will take place at 6:30 pm.

The ‘visitas dialogadas’  are free of charge and places must be reserved in advance by sending an email to centredart@bcn.cat. Groups are limited to 20 people, so we recommend that you sign up early.
