Half a century of concerts at Cruïlla XXS's second edition
Ismael Serrano, Victor Manuel, Ana Torroja, Zoo, and b1no are some of the artists that will be playing at the festival.
The Olympic Stadium, the Old Factory Estrella Damm, and the Disseny Hub Barcelona will be the main stages of Cruïlla XXS's second edition, a series of concerts born last year due to the pandemic and ready to follow all COVID-19's safety guidelines. For this reason, one shouldn’t expect to enter, for instance, a fully packed Olympic Stadium. Instead, the festival will take place in small areas of these extensive venues, largely limiting their capacity. That said, the line-up of artists is top-notch, and their concerts will, of course, be top-notch too. A long list of around fifty singers and bands, with their different genres and styles, are headlining the festival.
Joan Miquel Oliver will break the ice on June 3rd and, throughout the next few days, Ojete Calor, Ariana Abecasis, Jedet, Cepeda, Queralt Lahoz, b1no, The Tyets, Maria Jaume, Zoo, and more, will follow. The evening of Sunday, June 20th will be dedicated to the Catalan urban scene, with artists of the likes of Flashy Ice Cream, 31 FAM, and P.A.W.N. GANG. Closing the festival on July 25th will be Víctor Manuel and the former lead singer of Mecano Ana Torroja — two long-established artists — alongside Ismael Serrano, who is less veteran but with a solid reputation too.
