Intimate and feminine confessions in the bowels of the Liceu

You can see 'Sis solos soles', micro operas written by different lyricists and composers and performed by women.

Darrer missatge, Cállate, No és res urgent, Dànae recorda, Voraç bellesa and Per caució are the titles of the half dozen newly created micro-operas grouped under the name of Sis solos soles and which will be performed in different corners of the Gran Teatre del Liceu on All Saints' Day. There will be three opportunities to attend: at 12 noon, at 5 pm and at 6.30 pm. In each session, the audience will see all the pieces (total length, 2 h 30 m), monodramas that will be performed - following the order of the beginning of the text - by Elena Tarrats, Lídia Vinyes-Curtis, María Hinojosa, Elena Copons, Marta Fiol and Dolors Aldea.

The proposal is a journey through the voice of six women of today who are trapped in domestic environments. The audience will find themselves starring in stories from a youtuber who informs her followers of her last message before the end of the world, to a grandmother who resists being taken to the residence, or a girl who waits for a call and does not want to leave the house in case she loses coverage. Each story has an author of the libretto and a musical composer; among the former we find Cristina Cordero, Oriol Pla, Marc Rosich, Victòria Szpunberg and Helena Tornero, and, as for the composers, Agustí Charles, Mario G. Cortizo, Raquel Garcia Tomás, Joan Magrané, Lucas Peire and Francesc Prat.
