Mas i Mas Festival fills Barcelona with music
Until the 1st of September, a multi-genre musical contest will fill the summer nights with music in six different locations of the city, presenting great artists like Carlos Carbonell, Oscar Mulero or Rocío Márquez.
With the idea of providing first class cultural activity during the quietest month in the city, the Mas i Mas Group, launched a festival in 2003 that has become a tradition on Barcelona's summer nightlife scene.
After more than a decade of memorable concerts, the thirteenth edition of Mas i Mas Festival gathers artist like Maria del Mar Bonet, and hosts a variety of music style, jazz by Kenny Barron & Dave Holland or Jerry González Trio, flamenco music by Potaje, Palosanto, or Rocío Márquez, and the conclusion on 1st of September which will be in charge of the two classics Olga Kobenika or Sergey Belyavskiy, and even brings over isolated styles like techno with the participation of its two gurus: Oscar Mulero and Undo.
