Millencollin at Sala Apolo

Millencolin is one of the world’s leading skate punk bands. It’s a Swedish group made up of Nikola Sarcevic, Erik Ohlsson, Mathias Färm and Fredrik Larzon and their name after a skateboarding move. The band attracts hundreds of thousands of fans to their gigs but then they aren’t exactly newcomers: they’ve been in the business for 20 years and now, after a gap of seven years, have released a new studio album that will be presented live at Sala Apolo on the 20th of February.

This will be a new opportunity to measure the level of one of the most powerful and complete punk groups in the genre. In fact, when you listen to their new album ‘True Brew’ you quickly realise that they’re back to stay and are as strong as ever. “We’re trying to explain the essence of Millencolin, what drove us to be what we are and what influenced us when we were growing up,” said Färm about the songwriting process for 'True Brew'.
