The health emergency situation forced to postpone the presentation of the 2020-21 season of the Palau de la Música, but the organization has thought it appropriate to make an advance so that you can get a glimpse of what to expect. A season full of surprises and big names in music awaits you: Petrenko, Currentzis, the Berlin Philharmonic, Dresden and Hong Kong, guest composers Kaija Saariaho and Marc Timón, a retrospective of the filmmaker Pere Portabella, the centennial celebration of the premiere JS Bach's 'Pasión según San Mateo' by the Orfeó Català and much more. The season will start in July, if the situation allows it and under the recommendations of the health authorities.
