Refree celebrates his ten-year career in the CAT

The Barcelona-born musician will be presenting a career retrospective on the 12th of April as part of the Festival del Mil·leni

Last year saw the tenth anniversary of the career of Raúl Fernández as Refree. Following his participation in Cornflakes, Élena, Romodance and Sitcom, Fernández launched his solo project both as a springboard for more intimate compositions as well as to provide a fresh perspective to his career as a singer-songwriter. Recently he has been combining his multiple musical projects (playing accompaniment to Silvia Pérez Cruz and producing the latest record by Kiko Veneno, for example) with the celebration of his decade-long career.

Next Friday, the 12th, he will be recapping on his five studio recordings in the CAT Tradicionarius. His sixth record, Tots Sants, was recently released on the Sinedín label (the label associated with the magazine Rockdelux) and provides a good indication of what to expect from Friday’s concert in the Gràcia venue, live representations of a selection of songs from his entire career. Not to be missed.
