Serielizados Fest doubles programming

It has become Barcelona’s top event for series-lovers, full of premières, conferences and other activities.

It has been 6 years since the first edition of the International TV Series Festival, Serielizados Fest, and it looks like it has caught on. It has become Barcelona’s top event for series-lovers, now featuring premières of shows that haven’t yet hit our screens, advance screenings, conferences with big names in the industry and many other interesting activities. Plus, this year it has doubled its programming, screening over twenty different series in the Panorama and Premiere categories. Some of the most noteworthy include Danish series Follow the Money III, The New Nurses and Doggystyle; Norwegian series Match and Twin; and the Chilean-Finnish co-production Invisible Heroes. There will also be important guest speakers, like Steve Pemberton, creator of Inside No. 9; Jeppe Gjervig, creator of Borgen; Isobel Waller-Bridge, composer for Fleabag and Black Mirror; the creators and stars of Plats Bruts to celebrate its 20th anniversary, and many, many more.

Serielizados Fest will be held from 25 to 29 September at various times at Centre de Cultura Contemporània de Barcelona. There will also be sessions for a more professional audience, like the conference with the editors of Money Heist. Other options include a live recording of the podcast “Seriefobia” with special guest Berto Romero discussing the series Lost.

Tickets cost between €0 and €20 and can be purchased individually or in packs of 5, 10 or 15. You can get them on the Serielizados Fest website.
