Stars of research to help build the future
Young researchers of great renown and even greater potential explain the main points of their research projects. These range from nano-photonics, metastasis and therapies against cancer to dinosaurs in the Pyrenees, artificial photosynthesis, the financial debt crisis and the fight against certain infectious diseases.
CERCA-Agency for the Research Centres of Catalonia and the Residence for Researchers organize the talk series "Stars of research to help build the future" aiming to bring to the general public the research which is carried out in their centres.
The program is based on the new talents of Catalan research, key roles in the process of building the knowledge society.
All lectures are free and begin at 6:30 PM (except for the inaugural conference on 18 February).
