Moon Nights at Casa Batlló

The chance to visit Gaudí's building over Christmas in an immersive experience with a light and sound display.

Visiting Casa Batlló is always a special experience but have you ever imagined what it would be like to see it by night? This will be through the Moon Nights that they've organised to let everyone discover or come back to one of the most characteristic pieces in Antoni Gaudí’s oeuvre, but in a way that you’ve never seen it before. These nights will include an immersive journey that’s full of surprises to discover the magic of this building, which is really representative of Catalan Modernisme. As part of this experience, you’ll have a tour of the house in the dark, where everyone gets a head torch and an audio guide, which will create an amazing mis-en-scène through light and sound. What’s more, the nights will be rounded off with a glass of cava on the building’s piano nobile in the main hall with Passeig de Gràcia beneath your feet.

The Moon Nights tours at Casa Batlló will run from 2 December to 9 February. To take part you’ll need to book the timeslot that works best for you, every 15 minutes between 8:30 pm and 10:30 pm.

Tickets for this experience cost €39 and children under the age of 7 can do it free of charge. People resident in Catalonia have the chance to win a double ticket for €2 (which will go to Fundació Barraquer, which provides ophthalmology treatments in the most unfortunate regions around the world). To get them you need to enter into a draw. You can get yours on the Casa Batlló website.
