‘Dreaming of a Possibility’

Three new exhibitions at Espais Volart

On display you’ll find contemporary art by Manuel Duque and Juli González, among others.

Espais Volart has been hosting temporary exhibitions by contemporary Catalan artists since 2002, featuring works from its own collection. The 1,600 square metres that make up the complex contain examples from a number of different artistic currents and disciplines and work by both emerging and well established figures. In September, the exhibition space is opening three new temporary shows: From Light to the World features 80 paintings by Manuel Duque to commemorate the 20th anniversary of his death;  Drawings, Papers and Figures from the IVAM Collection is an exhibition of works by Juli González to celebrate thirty years of the Valencian Institute of Modern Art; finally, Dreaming a Possibility: Dialogue between the Vila Casas Foundation and DKV Collections features works by emerging artists who create new aesthetic paths by unfolding and multiplying meaning.

All three exhibitions can be seen at Espais Volart from 19 September to 30 December.

General admission to the museum costs €5 and tickets can be purchased at the following link.
