Botany and history. Learn about the history and function of this facility as well as the historical context of the Ciutadella Park and the current scientific and urban planning project being carried out there.

Free guided tours of the Hivernacle take place on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays at 11 am and 6 pm.

These visits allow users to learn, on the one hand, about the historical context of the Ciutadella Park and the current scientific and urban project looking to turn the park and its surroundings into a leading hub of knowledge, dissemination, research and innovation in Europe and, on the other hand, it will reveal the history of the Hivernacle, its function and the plants it currently is home to.
