'Activitat física per a la gent gran (Ens Cuidem!)'

A càrrec de professionals de l’Equip d’Atenció Primària Encants. Dins projecte ‘Ens Cuidem!’

En aquest taller setmanal practicarem la mobilitat, força i equilibri de forma adaptada com a elements per sentir-nos millor amb el nostre cos a qualsevol edat.

S’ensenyaran exercicis per a després, ser autònom/a en aquesta pràctica. Taller obert a persones que no ha fet mai activitat física a l’EAMP i amb una durada d’un trimestre.

Les persones que ja han fet activitat física poden anar al grup autogestionat dels dimecres de gimnàstica.
