Escola popular de salut per a persones grans del Poble-sec

L'Escola és un espai per trobar-se, compartir i crear vincles, pensat per reduir el sentiment de soledat i afavorir el benestar emocional mitjançant les arts i la participació activa.

Els criteris d'inclusió per participar-hi són:

- Tenir +65 anys, amb excepcions de +60

- Prioritat per a les persones amb sentiment de soledat no volguda (independentment de si viuen soles o no i de si tenen o no xarxa)

- Ser veí o veïna del Poble-sec, estar vinculada al CAP Manso o al CAP les Hortes

- No tenir diagnòstic greu en salut mental

- No tenir deteriorament cognitiu que comprometi l'assistència i la participació autònoma al grup

- La mobilitat no és un problema si els desplaçaments estan coberts per algú (no podem oferir acompanyaments)

- Compromís per participar a priori del 20 d'octubre 2025 al 15 de juny de 2026.
