Planetari 2D estèreo - Projecció 'Postals d'uns altres mons'

Durant mil·lennis els planetes van ser només puntets de llum que es desplaçaven pel firmament. Amb la invenció del telescopi, es van poder observar les bandes de Júpiter i els anells de Saturn, i, a poc a poc, es van anar descobrint satèl·lits d'aquests planetes. Però qualsevol intent de representar com seria un paisatge d'altres mons corresponia, amb més o menys encert, al regne de la ciència-ficció. Avui, després de seixanta anys d'exploració espacial, s'han fotografiat tots els planetes del sistema solar i una gran part dels seus satèl·lits.

Postals d'altres mons ens convida a viatjar pel sistema solar gràcies a aquests emissaris que ens han portat tanta informació i bellesa: els volcans gegants de Mart, els deserts glaçats d'Europa i Encèlad, la serralada equatorial de Jàpet, els llacs de metà de Tità, els guèisers de fang de Tritó, els volcans de sofre a Ío…
