Taller per a la gent gran 'Memòria'

En aquest taller proposarem un treball d’entrenament que previngui possibles alteracions de la memòria i/o ajudi a mantenir-la, un programa d’exercicis de la memòria que tingui especial incidència en aquesta, com poden ser: treball de l’atenció, el llenguatge, l’orientació espacial i temporal, entre les més destacades. Combinarem exercicis de memòria escrits i orals i també el treball individual amb el treball per parelles i en grup, per tal de fomentar no només les qualitats cognitives, sinó també la relació, la comunicació entre els membres del grup i l’autoestima.
