Taller 'Relaxació i meditació'

Ens iniciarem a tècniques de respiració, visualització, meditació i relaxació. Aprendrem a gestionar millor la nostra ment i emocions i a relaxar-nos profundament. Cada cop més, serem capaços de viure més positivament tots els aspectes de les nostres vides i reemplaçar l'estrès, la por o la depressió, per l'autocura, la gratitud i el benestar.
