El Servei d'Atenció, Recuperació i Acollida (SARA) canvia de telèfon

A partir de l'1 de febrer el SARA canvia de telèfon: 900 922 357 (telèfon gratuït)

A partir de l’1 de febrer el SARA funcionarà amb un nou telèfon gratuït que gestionarà les cites prèvies: 900 922 357.

Des d’aquest servei d’atenció telefònica es proporcionarà informació bàsica del SARA, es podran programar i cancel•lar cites, enviar missatges a les professionals i passar trucades al servei. L’atenció d’urgència continuarà funcionant adreçant-se al servei sense cita prèvia.

L’horari d’atenció telefònica serà de dilluns a divendres de 9.00 a 14.00 hores i de dilluns a dijous de 16.00 a 19.00 hores.

Què és el SARA?
És un servei municipal que ofereix atenció específica a persones víctimes de situacions de violència masclista (dones, infants i adolescents, i persones LGTBI, o persones del seu entorn proper directament afectades per aquesta violència). També proporciona assessorament al personal professional i les persones de l’entorn de les víctimes.
