Assistance, Recovery and Shelter Service (SARA)
Offers support to victims of gender-violence situations (women, children and teenagers, and LGBTI people, and individuals who are directly affected by such violence in their immediate environment).
- General face-to-face support: an appointment must be made, calling (free-phone) 900 922 357, Monday to Thursday from 9.00 a.m. to 7.00 p.m. and Fridays from 9.00 a.m. to 4.00 p.m.
- Emergency in-person support: 9.00 am to 1.00 pm, Monday to Friday, no appointment required (Carrer Marie Curie, 16).
Women’s support and information points (PIAD)
They offer support to women in cases of discrimination or gender violence, as well as information on various matters, psychological care, workshops, etc.

– PIAD Sarrià-Sant Gervasi (except from the 4th to the 20th of August, inclusive, when the point will be closed)

- Appointments are required to access the service, to make one, call (free-phone) 900 922 357, Monday to Thursday from 9.00 am to 7.00 pm, and Fridays from 9.00 am to 4.00 p.m.
Municipal Unit against Human Trafficking (UTEH)
Offers comprehensive (psychological, social and legal) assistance to victims of human trafficking, regardless of the purpose of such trafficking (such as sexual exploitation, organ trafficking, begging, etc.), and provides advice to those social and professional entities that require it.

Social and Educational Care Service (SAS)
A service for cis and trans women sex workers, particularly those in a situation of risk and vulnerability.
- Face-to-face support: Monday to Friday from 9.00 a.m. to 3.00 p.m. (Carrer Valencia, 344).
- Telephone support: 9.00 a.m. to 7.00 p.m., Monday to Friday, on (free-phone) 900 722 200 / 608 848 624.
Men’s Support Service (SAH)
A service for any men who wish to change and improve their personal relationships with the aim of avoiding the use of any kind of violence.
