The ConnectaRUN charity race adapts to the current socio-health context in order to continue supporting people with autism! The event will take place virtually for 7 days, from July 13 to 19. Aprenem, the organizer of the activity, has made this decision to guarantee its sustainability as a project and to be able to maintain the services and resources for families and people with ASD.
Registration for the race will remain open until 07/19/2020 at 11:59 p.m. Participants can choose between different types of registration:
- 5km> € 5
- 10km> 10 €
- 21km (half marathon)> € 21
- 42km (marathon)> € 42
- Open> create your personal or team challenge, where you reef the kilometers you want to make and the corresponding donation, keeping in mind that 1km = € 1
- Dorsal Cero> Donation to the cause
The ConnectaRUN is open to everyone, there is no age limit and it is adapted to each participant, deciding how they want to add: be it current, bike, scooter, or even walking. Each participating person will have a number where the challenge they have chosen will be represented and can share it through social networks with the hashtags #LaConnectaRUN, #SumaKMperlAUTISME and #LaCOVIDnoensATURA. The proceeds obtained will go to:
- the purchase of self-protection material for personnel who are on the front line of intervention, leisure and support services.
- guarantee the information and orientation services to families offered by the entity in a universal and free way with qualified professionals.
- offer respite and support resources to families and continue to maintain family support groups.
In short, that no family and person with autism is left unattended.
