Per què tants relats sobre el naixement i desenvolupament del disseny a Espanya s'obstinen a ometre l'assumpte del franquisme? Aquestes i altres qüestions troben resposta a la nova publicació d'Oriol Pibernat, Diseño y franquismo. Dificultades y paradojas de la modernización en España, editat per Experimenta. El llibre és el resultat de les reflexions extretes del simposi del mateix nom que va tenir lloc l'any 2018, organitzat per la Fundació Història del Disseny amb la col·laboració del Museu del Disseny.

A la presentació hi participaran Pilar Vélez, directora del Museu del Disseny de Barcelona, Isabel Campi, presidenta de la Fundació Història del Disseny, Oriol Pibernat, historiador i autor de la publicació, i Marcelo Ghio de l'editorial Experimenta.
