Montbau Punt Científic és un cicle que ofereix activitats de caire cultural i científic al barri de Montbau. Diverses Entitats del barri, com per exemple Vall d’Hebron, l’escola Monturiol, la biblioteca Albert Pérez Baró o la Sala Polivalent, col·laboren per poder fer realitat aquest projecte que involucra tan veïns i veïnes, com escoles; i enforteix el teixit sociocultural de Montbau.

Punt Científic no només té com a finalitat apropar la ciència i els seus avenços i descobriments a tothom, sinó també evidenciar i posar de manifest que no es tracta només de medicina, física, química o tecnologia, sinó que la ciència i les humanitats estan lligades de manera intrínseca i inevitable. La història, l’ètica, la filosofia o la literatura tenen un fort impacte en el món científic i viceversa.
