El moviment orgànic conscient és un mètode que potencia i millora els efectes del treball corporal i psico-corporal, atorgant beneficis terapèutics per l’impacte directe que té en els sistemes afectats per l’estrès i l’ansietat. A partir de moviments lents, serem conscients de com la nostra manera de moure’ns està relacionada amb la tipologia de vida que portem.

En aquest taller treballarem a partir de moviments i estiraments suaus, i de la respiració per tal de disminuir el nivell d’ansietat i estrès.
