En aquest taller potenciarem l'autoconeixement a través d'una profunda presa de consciència del nostre propi cos, els seus límits i possibilitats, i focalitzarem l'atenció en la nostra respiració, els nostres pensaments i emocions. Enfortirem l'atenció a través de moviments coordinats amb la respiració, que farem de manera lenta i conscient afavorint així el procés d'aprenentatge somàtic. La pràctica habitual no només ens ajuda a prendre consciència a través del moviment i la respiració profunda, sinó que a més millora la postura corporal, estimula el sistema nerviós, millora la percepció individual, potencia l'autoestima i estimula l'atenció i la concentració per fer possible portar una vida plena segons el potencial individual de cada persona. Afavorir el benestar a través del retrobament amb nosaltres mateixes. Per fer l'activitat cal portar roba i calçat còmodes.
