Un taller on explorarem la connexió entre el cos, la respiració, la ment i la consciència.

Iniciarem les classes amb una pràctica de moviment basada en el ioga a través d’un flux suau de postures i moviments connectats amb la respiració, per tal d’incorporar-nos i arrelar-nos, i després apropar-nos a la quietud, en meditació.
