"Coneix-te a tu mateix" és la invitació filosòfica per excel·lència que ressona des de l'antiguitat. De la mà d'indicacions de les tradicions sapiencials d’Orient i Occident, realitzarem un recorregut per explorar les actituds bàsiques que possibiliten l’autoconeixement i la seva integració en el dia a dia. Indagarem en els fonaments, elements i dimensions a tenir en compte per dotar-lo d'amplitud i integritat i examinarem les dificultats i reptes que podem trobar en el camí. Les sessions constaran de breus exposicions introductòries, que es complementaran amb el diàleg grupal i amb la realització d’exercicis i pràctiques contemplatives orientades a despertar i desenvolupar la pròpia comprensió.
