Article 18. Secretary of the Council


1. The Chair of the Council appoints the person proposed by the City Council as Secretary of the Council, who also performs the functions of Secretary to the Plenary and the Executive Committee.

2. The Secretary of the Council is responsible for sending the notices in the manner and within the deadlines established in Articles 15 and 17, and for preparing and sending the minutes of the Plenary within a maximum period of 30 working days.

Minutes of the Council’s bodies may be approved electronically, where these bodies so decide.
