Article 20. Dissolution of the Council

1. If the Barcelona Culture Council has not met at least once within a year, the City Council, at the proposal of the Government Commission and after informing the Municipal Council Assembly, may decide, with justification, to dissolve it.

2. The members of the Plenary of the Barcelona Culture Council may, providing supporting arguments, propose to the City Council that the latter agree to dissolve the Culture Council or integrate it into another municipal participatory body.
