Cabrònica del Nord

In 1996 some members of the Casal de Joves Xiroc, a youth club in the Eixample district's Fort Pienc neighbourhood, set up a colla de diables whose name, Cabrònica del Nord, refers to one of the city's railway stations, Estació del Nord. The group established a section for children aged 6-16, the Cabronets del Nord, in the same year.

Since 1997, the youth club festival has also been the diada de la colla, which also takes part in the correfoc at the neighbourhood and La Mercè festivals every year, as well as other city celebrations. Their shows usually go beyond the typical correfoc and often include pyrotechnic displays and other fire elements. One of the group's most characteristic traits is their predominantly black and grey outfits.
