La Veïnal TV is a community-managed, publicly funded, independent media project. It is promoted by various participatory video and community communication groups.

Its objective is to defend the right of all people to information, communication and freedom of expression, equality and diversity.
The project is being built as a media outlet from the neighbourhoods for the neighbourhoods, their own, accessible media outlet, where they can disseminate their own account of the city and determine the debates needed from a critical, community perspective, free of economic, corporate and partisan interests.

La Veïnal joins CULTUROPOLIS as a public stage in Plaça Bella Dorita, in front of El Molino. The space will be used to showcase groups that form part of La Veïnal in different city neighbourhoods and to publicise more best practice projects in the exercise of cultural rights. .
