Microbial Concert

During this collective encounter, we will enjoy the growing landscape of this new world that began on 1 March. The session will consist of a live percussion and electronic music concert, during which the audience will hear a series of sound worlds created from the Petri dish. The sounds will come from a mixture of pre-recorded materials, electronic sensors and electromagnetic wave receivers, which will alter the audience’s experience depending on their position in the space. The concert will be accompanied by an informal talk about microorganisms, their relationship systems with the environment and our own biological relationship with them.

Led by the artists and musicians Miquel Vich Vila (percussion) and Gerard Valverde Ros (composition and live electronic music).
