Ambition, power, fate, love, redemption... and mythology. The first five of these were already key to her previous successes, particularly in the case of the dystopian series The Darkest Minds, which became a hit film in 2018 (and is still available on Disney Plus) and the time travel pair of novels Passenger, which reached the top of the New York Times sales ranking. The new development is therefore the mythology aspect, and this is not just a pinch of mythology but a lot more than that, a full epic accomplishment. In her new work Lore, which was released this summer, the best-selling US author Alexandra Bracken has worked on the setting and characters of an agile reprisal of Greek myths starring Lore Perseu, who will have interesting encounters with Castor, Athena, the Fates and other characters from Houses such as Ulysses, Theseus, Jason or Hercules. To tell us a bit more about it and discuss her science fiction hits, the popular Vampisaurus - Sofía Guerrero's social media alter ego - will talk to Bracken herself in a literally legendary event.
