Rebeca Barroso, born in Vitoria, is a dancer, trained at the José Uruñuela Professional Conservatory of Classical Dance and the Institut del Teatre. Since 2021, she has co-directed the La Incendiaria collective, creating stage productions. As a dancer, she has worked with La Fura dels Baus and trained with artists such as Carolina Campos, Manuel Rodríguez, Cecilia Colacrai, Roberto Fratini, Eduard Tamayo, María Cabeza de Vaca and Lipi Hernández. She is also a member of El Hervidero, a platform for dance research and reflection in the Basque Country.
