Sergi Viciana, born in Sabadell in 1977, holds undergraduate degrees in history and theory of literature and comparative literature, as well as a master’s degree in the latter from the University of Barcelona, and can most likely claim the honour of being Spain’s leading expert on zombies. He has worked for publishing houses such as Minotauro, Timun Mas and Fantascy. Together with author Susana Vallejo, he co-hosts the podcasts Otros Mundos and Vicio y Subcultura. He is a founding member and teacher at the writing school Phantastica.com. Viciana’s most recent work is La llegada de la horda [The Arrival of the Horde], published in the anthology ¿Vamos a morir? [Are We Going to Die?].
