Víctor García Tur

Víctor García Tur, born in Barcelona in 1981, is a graphic designer, writer and lecturer at Eina University Centre for Art and Design and the Escola Bloom de Literatura. His published works include the short-story collections Twistanschauung (Documenta Prize 2008) and El país dels cecs [The Country of the Blind] (Mercè Rodoreda Prize 2019, Serra d’Or Prize 2020), as well as the novels Els ocells [The Birds] (Marian Vayreda Prize 2015), Els romanents [The Remnants] (Just M. Casero Novella Prize 2017) and L’aigua que vols [The Water You Want] (Sant Jordi Novel Prize 2020, Serra d’Or Prize 2022). His most recent novel is Els claustres [The Cloisters].
