Josep Rodríguez Ferrer

Josep Rodríguez Ferrer (Barcelona, 1982) holds degrees in Catalan Philology and Romance Philology from the University of Barcelona and works as a Catalan language teacher in secondary school. As a cultural promoter, he participates in poetry events in Barcelona's counterculture. After winning several awards for stories and haikus, he published the poetry collections Bestiari a la japonesa (kdp, 2018) and Poemes suprematistes – Senryus a Malèvitx (kdp, 2018), as well as the short story collection Quatre contes de literatura (Ediciones Hendere, 2019). Mentre durin les espelmes (Voliana Edicions, 2021) was his first novel, and he recently published the sequel: Mentre el cel no ens reclami.
