Hot pepper, air conditioner and the Farewell speech

Erika is a temporary worker who has just been informed that she is to be laid off. The effect of her sacking on her co-workers and her own farewell speech are the key elements in this contemporary drama in three parts in which the performers use precise, exaggerated movements that have much in common with the world of dance.
