In 2016, Escena Poblenou Contemporary Art Festival celebrates its fifteenth anniversary. 15 years of uninterrupted work to make it a festival of reference.
It is a multidisciplinary festival of contemporary performing arts, engaged with the territory and the current social reality. It has the aim of promoting, supporting and showcasing creations that contemplate new stage languages, new drama and new ways of relating to audiences from a multidisciplinary perspective. Committed to culture and society, it generates dialogue with professionals, the public, the neighbourhood and the city whilst also seeking international projection.
